Rated 5 out of 5 by AlfredoNomdePlum from If you aren't sure how to use this, why not ask? I'm not a huge fan of this product, but the other posts seem to be made by people who don't understand how to use it. Position the holder as shown in the pictures that are already on the website. When you place the lid, the holder remains attached to the lid, not the pot. This allows the drippings to remain in the pan, and in no way interferes with the lid returning to the pan. Of course, if you leave the older on the pan, the lid won't fit back on properly - which seems to be where the other reviewers were confused.Date published: 2019-04-29Rated 1 out of 5 by TeresaT from Only good for tall stock pots This item is only useful for tall stock pots. It's barely tall enough for my 7qt stock pot. I would return it if I could. Useless for me.Date published: 2019-01-21Rated 1 out of 5 by nicholskt from Not functional Another reviewer stated that it's used for store display. That's interesting. Is that the problem? You can seat the lid on the holder two different ways. Either way is not functional. One way lets condensed water drip back into the pot, which is a good thing, but you can't put the lid on the pot when the holder is facing this way. The other way results in condensed water drizzling down the side of the pot, which makes a mess, but you can put the lid on the pot with the holder still in place. It's difficult to keep the lid from sliding off the holder either way. If it's truly just made for store display, then WS does need to stop selling it.Date published: 2018-10-06Rated 1 out of 5 by flinnte from This is not for home use! This holds a lid for DISPLAY IN A STORE. THIS is not for home use. Someone at WS needs to stop selling this or they need to label it as such.Date published: 2018-09-26
