Rated 1 out of 5 by Anonymous from All clad fish pan The pan is beautiful to look at but it the food sticks I I have all all clad pots but very appointed in this one. I will try it one more time to see if I may be doing something incorrectlyDate published: 2017-03-25Rated 5 out of 5 by Brandflair from Excellent for easy perfect fish everytime! Lida75 and everyone...this is a fantastic pan for cooking fish but you cook fish in it a bit different than how we all traditionally do. Here you go: - Preheat oven to 425 - Put slices of butter and lemon in the pan - Pat dry fish of choice...we love salmon and trout - Lightly salt and pepper both sides - IMPORTANT: Put fish in skin side UP! - Put pan in oven uncovered - Bake for 10-15 min depending on type and thickness - Remove with oven mit (yes...I forgot one time...lol) - Enjoy perfect fish and easy clean up Cheers!Date published: 2017-02-14Rated 1 out of 5 by Lida75 from What am I doing wrong? I am having issues with this pan. I own a lot of All Clad stainless steel cookware and this pan seems so unlike the others. Food does stick to it! when I try to do salmon filets the skin sticks to the pan and the fish does not brown that well. I must surely be doing something wrong but fail to know what it can be. It is also not easy to clean. The video on this website is contrary to my experience with it.Date published: 2017-02-08Rated 5 out of 5 by Anonymous from AFTER 40 YEARS OF COOKING FISH FINALLY A PAN-TO-FIT-THE-FISH After 40 years of cooking pan-dressed fish and fish filets in a round pan, finally All-Clad provides a pan-to-fit-the-fish. I've long cooked fish with my All-Clad cop-r-clad pot collection...even wrote a seafood cookbook. Now I'm following Alexandra Stafford's cooking blog and saw your Oval Fish Pan. Wow! She said I could win a free pan if I made a comment on your site. There ye be!Date published: 2016-10-06
