Next Day Delivery
For an additional charge of $26 per address, we can expedite delivery to most destinations. This service is not available for some oversize items, items shipped directly from the supplier (including perishable and custom-manufactured items), out-of-stock items and items to be shipped outside the contiguous 48 states.
Orders received by 9:00 p.m. ET Monday through Thursday will arrive the next business day; orders placed Friday through Sunday will arrive on the following Tuesday.

If within 30 days, you are dissatisfied for any reason, you may return your purchase for a refund of the merchandise value. An original receipt or gift receipt is required for all returns and exchanges. Returns with a gift receipt will be refunded in the form of a Merchandise Credit for the amount indicated on the gift receipt. Returns with original receipt will be refunded in the original form of payment, cash and check refunds over $100 will be issued as a company check (may take 14 business days from time of request).

We cannot accept returns on monogrammed, personalized, special-order items, custom upholstery, food, items shipped direct from the vendor or on items damaged through normal wear and tear. Final sale items ending in .97 or .99 cannot be returned.

Returned It for good. I really wanted to keep this pot. I've had all the other copper core pans / pots for years, love them, and never had any issues. A pot in this price point should NEVER crack. Shopping took three tries to get this right. First All Clad's 12 quart tripot. It was too big with too thin sides and the overall quality didn't speak of All Clad. Next I brought home a Demeyer Atlantis 8 quart pot with pasta strainer. The handles didn't accommodate my full size fingers; finish and quality was nice but just not aesthetically pleasing as I wanted. So finally I selected this 7.5 quart copper core pasta pentola. I'm cooking on gas so the copper wasn't a selling point. I chose this over the D5 because it’s curved lip has clean pouring. This pot is extremely well made with a beautiful shiny flawless finish. The sides are very thick so the pot takes a while to heat up (contrary to what the sales gal told me) but once the water’s boiling it retains the heat very well and the extra high sides on the strainer allow me to leave the lid on while the pasta cooks. All in all this is hands down the best pot I've ever owned or used.Date published: 2013-12-29
