- Oven and broiler safe to 500°F.
- Allow baking sheets to cool before washing.
- Dishwasher safe.
- Avoid using steel wool, steel scouring pads or harsh detergents.
- Bakeware may discolor if not completely cleaned before reheating. To remove discolored areas, rub with a cloth dampened with lemon juice or white vinegar, or use a high-quality nonabrasive stainless-steel cleaner.

Next Day Delivery
For an additional charge of $26 per address, we can expedite delivery to most destinations. This service is not available for some oversize items, items shipped directly from the supplier (including perishable and custom-manufactured items), out-of-stock items and items to be shipped outside the contiguous 48 states.
Orders received by 9:00 p.m. ET Monday through Thursday will arrive the next business day; orders placed Friday through Sunday will arrive on the following Tuesday.

If within 30 days, you are dissatisfied for any reason, you may return your purchase for a refund of the merchandise value. An original receipt or gift receipt is required for all returns and exchanges. Returns with a gift receipt will be refunded in the form of a Merchandise Credit for the amount indicated on the gift receipt. Returns with original receipt will be refunded in the original form of payment, cash and check refunds over $100 will be issued as a company check (may take 14 business days from time of request).

We cannot accept returns on monogrammed, personalized, special-order items, custom upholstery, food, items shipped direct from the vendor or on items damaged through normal wear and tear. Final sale items ending in .97 or .99 cannot be returned.

Rated 3 out of 5 by Belmontian from Has some issues I'm still learning how this thing works, so I don't have a lot to say about its baking properties, but I'm not so crazy about some of the design. The flat edges make it easy for food to slide off, so you have to use care when pulling it out of the oven. I haven't tried using it to roast anything, but the official box calls it a roasting sheet, not a cookie sheet. It doesn't seem like the tiny grooves would keep meat juices from going all over your oven floor. It was also almost impossible to clean the first time I used it: I baked something that involved soybean oil, and it turned into a terrible glue that took about an hour to remove. (I later learned it helps to soak the sheet for a while.) You can't use a scrubber sponge or it will leave scratches. Barkeeper's Friend is the recommended cleaning agent, and it helps, but it doesn't render it perfect: the sheet already has some discoloration from the 5 or so times I've used it since purchasing. Cookies do not stick (note I used minimum butter) and there are no foul odors. The sheets are thick so there was no bending or popping sounds (I baked at 360 degrees). Time will tell if any discoloration occurs but so far so good; extremely easy to clean. Be sure to measure out the size - 10 x 14 is small and requires multiple batches. I don't have these, but I do own one of the older 14x17 large sheets. By far the best baking sheet I have ever used. Very light spray of butter spray and nothing sticks to it. Nothing needed on it at all for things like chicken nuggets and tenders. Biscuits slide right off as well, but I use a light real butter coat for the buttery flavor. These are very well worth the price. They are true commercial pro quality. Taken care of properly and they will last you a very long time. I have had mine for 8 years now without any issues. I am not much into baking things like cookies, but I use these multiple times a week to roast dinner food (potatoes, chicken, veggies, etc.) in the oven. It has had no problem at 450F for a long time in the oven, and have held a perfect shape and very minimal wear. I was given this used from a family member, and I would easily bet that mine is over 10 or 20 years old and still looks almost new. I have the 10 x 14 pan, but will be looking into buying a bigger size if I can find it available, as the smaller size of this pan does not allow me to use it with some bigger dishes. .Date published: 2018-12-13Rated 5 out of 5 by Michelle from Excellent cookie sheets! I have both sizes, and these are fabulous for baking cookies! Cookies do not stick, crumbs scrape off easily between batches, regreasing is not necessary. The small pans work nicely in my microwave/convection and the large ones in my big oven. I prefer my All-Clad pans with sides for veggies and loose items that need tossing.
