- Hand-wash; dry immediately with a soft cloth.
- Avoid using steel wool, steel scouring pads or harsh detergents.
- Copper will develop a rich patina over time. This will not affect the pan's cooking performance. To keep the exterior looking new, use a copper polish or a combination of lemon and salt.

For an additional charge of $26 per address, we can expedite delivery to most destinations. Orders received by 9:00 p.m. ET Monday through Thursday will arrive the next business day; orders placed Friday through Sunday will arrive on the following Tuesday.

Cooks quick and cleans easy. The only downfall is the copper side (outer side) gets "burnt" quick and doesn't wash off. This C4 Copper 3qt saute pan has all the features I think any chef would desire in a cookware piece. The first thing I noticed was the overall visual appeal of the piece. The pan incorporates 4-ply bonding of copper and stainless steel. The mix of copper & steel not only looks high quality, but offers function as well. This feature makes for even heating from edge to edge. It seems to cook well and evenly, which is something many of my other pans lack. The entire pan is also constructed to be oven and broiler safe which I found to be a big plus. It's heavy duty and comfortable to use. The handle is made in such a way that it stays cool to the touch and the sides are crafted so liquid easily pours out without running down the side of the pan! I used vegetable oil to aide in preventing sticking. I had it on medium heat. The meat browned evenly but it did begin to stick quickly. I lowered the heat added more oil and the meat continued to stick to the pan. I really had to baby my meat because I had floured the steak and when I would turn it over all the coating would stick to the pan. I was watching it the whole time and continuously loosening the meat from sticking. Clean up was not easy either. I had to let the drippings soak a while and then it cleaned easily.
