• Buttermilk Brine Mix: Buttermilk powder, salt, sea salt, dehydrated vegetables (red peppers, green peppers, onion, garlic, celery), spices (including paprika), lemon oil, dehydrated garlic.
• Breading Mix: Gluten-free panko mix (rice flour, pea protein, dextrose, sodium bicarbonate), dehydrated garlic, spices (black pepper, white pepper, green peppercorns, allspice, chile pepper), salt, paprika, cornstarch, granulated onion, dehydrated red bell peppers, dehydrated green bell peppers, citric acid.
