For an additional charge of $26 per address, we can expedite delivery to most destinations. Orders received by 9:00 p.m., Eastern time, Monday through Thursday will arrive the next business day; orders placed Friday through Sunday will arrive on the following Tuesday.

An original receipt or gift receipt is required for all returns and exchanges. Returns with a gift receipt will be refunded in the form of a Merchandise Credit for the amount indicated on the gift receipt. Returns with original receipt will be refunded in the original form of payment, cash and check refunds over $100 will be issued as a company check (may take 14 business days from time of request).

I use grass-fed whole milk, Peak dry milk, and have used yogurt starters from the Cultures for Health (Mild & Traditional) and Natural Probiotic Selection (Acidophilus). I think the two Cultures for Health's starters I have tried made the yogurt a little thicker than NPS starter. I pour organic milk in the plastic incubating container to measure the proper amount, add the milk cold to a Le Creuset pot, add 1/2 cup powdered milk and use a silicone whisk to mix thoroughly. I hear it to 180°F and turn off the heat. Let it sit on stove for 5 minutes then I transfer mixture to stainless steel bowl that’s sitting inside a big bowl full of ice. Chill to 112°F and then add 1/2 cup of homemade yogurt or plain organic store bought yogurt. It incubates for 8 hours and it automatically switches to chill mode. Depending on my schedule I’ll take it out after 4 hours and place in fridge or leave it there for 8 hours on chill mode. This machine is great for people with busy schedules. The yogurt always comes out tasting fine and sets beautifully. We make our own for the health benefits; we try to eat daily a minimum amount of 1/3 cup or more.
