Staub stoneware bakers distribute and hold heat gently and won't absorb moisture, so foods bake to a moist, tender, golden finish without drying out. And you can take them from freezer to oven to table with ease. These rectangular dishes come in various sizes for baking everything from casseroles, lasagnas and desserts to roasted meats and vegetables.

  • Made of stoneware with a vitreous glass porcelain enamel finish.
  • Stoneware will not absorb moisture, diffuses heat gently and retains heat exceptionally well.
  • Superior thermal shock resistance, so dish can go from refrigerator to an oven or microwave, then out to the table for serving.
  • Oven, broiler, microwave, freezer and dishwasher safe.
  • Colors coordinate with Staub cast-iron cookware.

More about Staub

Staub traces its origin to the Alsace region of France, where founder Francis Staub designed his first enameled pot while working in an old French artillery factory in 1974. With the goal of creating the perfect pot for cooking the region’s traditional hearty soups, stews and braises, he combined cast iron, the most popular material of the time, with the latest enameling technology available. Today, Staub still makes its cookware at a traditional atelier in France, casting each pot in an individual sand mold, which is heated to 800°F and destroyed after use. The exterior enamel coating is made with glass powder and mineral pigments, applied in two or three coats to generate brilliant glossy colors.

  • Rated 1 out of 5 by from Another cracked in half I just noticed that there's a crack that goes almost completely across the middle. I won't be buying another one. This is the second one that has cracked. I have other bakeware that I've had for thirty plus years, and I'm not putting any stress on these baking dishes. This last one was used to make homemade ice cream sandwiches so it wasn't even in the oven. They're pretty but that's it.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Functional, pretty...but not portable without lids I bought the 2 smaller cherry rectangular baking bakeware at the W/S store before it closed. Love the look. But can't take them anywhere without lids! What's with that? Can anyone suggest some kind of lid that will fit them?

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Mine cracked in half in the oven I was heating a previously roasted chicken, but baking dish was at room temp and the oven temp was 375. It was almost new, and there were no cracks. I wrote the company but no response. Not happy.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent Baking Dish I bought the 9" X 13" and the sides are nice and high. I have several recipes that are always a little too large for a regular 9" X 13" pan due to their lower sides. The pan has a nice finish. As with all stoneware, you got to be careful when using it. It is breakable.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Broken twice I ordered this dish and it has arrived broken twice so far. Im not sure if this is more an issue with Williams-Sonoma or the dish but so far I'm still waiting for the second replacement.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Staub 7 1/2x10 1/2 Ceramic Rectangular Baking Dish The inside color of this 7 1/2 x 10 1/2 baking dish is now different. I have purchased this many times in red for Christmas gifts. The inside used to be a bright white so the red and white dish looked really nice and seasonal and the recipients were very pleased with it. Since I always liked the looks of this dish I decided to purchase one for myself to use over the holidays and received it a month ago. The inside color is no longer white, even though the photo online shows that it is. It's now a tan color so the dish doesn't look as nice and definitely not as seasonal as it used to. I'm very disappointed with this change of color so I only give it 4 stars.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Staub is the best! I received a smaller size Staub pan for Christmas and loved it so much I purchased the 13 X 17 pan. The food cooks the best in these ceramic pans.
