As luxuriously soft as the vintage linens that inspired them, our classic linen dinner napkins have a wonderful heirloom feel. They're edged with double rows of hemstitching, a traditional needlework technique that creates a delicate openwork border. Like all fine linen textiles, these pieces mellow beautifully over the years, becoming softer every time they’re washed.

Rated 2 out of 5 by LaQuintaLady from Disappointed! I have several sets of different colors, and after washing them they have discolored white circles on them! I rewashed, soaked, cold, warm, dried flat, in the warm dryer, and nothing removes these colorless circles. Now I'm not only disappointed, but mad. The colors (pale green and pumpkin) now have these circles and I can't use them. Just bought the Pumpkin ones for Thanksgiving this week. The beige are 4 years old, and perfect after lots of washings. They do need ironing, but that's linen, and they iron very nicely. The pale green are very soft and remain kind of "wrinkly" after ironing, and the pumpkin colored ones are pretty stiff. And I'm sorry I've given several sets as gifts! I won't be buying them again.Date published: 2017-11-25Rated 1 out of 5 by aac818 from Disgusting! These linen napkins are hideous. Mine just arrived today and I am so disappointed because I had them monogrammed and cannot return them. The monogram is teeny tiny and looks horrible. I was hoping for an heirloom and am so disappointed...Date published: 2017-03-23Rated 5 out of 5 by ChloeMichelle from Beautiful Napkins I got these napkins in Butter, Red and French Blue. The Butter color is like antiqued roses; the red is vibrant and joyful; the French Blue looks like it came from a garden kitchen in Provence. These linen napkins will probably need ironing after washing, but they hold their shape wonderfully. I'm getting these napkins in the red for my daughter for Christmas!Date published: 2016-08-17Rated 5 out of 5 by lesliewestcoast from Lovely Linen Napkin I bought 20 napkins in the celadon color for Easter. The color is perfect and there were no defective items. The 'new fabric' smell was strong but after washing, drying, ironing and waiting one day there is zero odor. I love linen for its unique texture and durability. I hope to use these for many years to come.Date published: 2015-04-02Rated 1 out of 5 by fromengland from No quality control Very dissatisfied at the quality. A good quality linen should have some body to it and not soft like a dust cloth. I also purchased the large tablecloth at the same time along with two sets of the napkins. Two years ago I bought the runner and again 2 sets of napkins. They were made in Russia not India. There is absolutely no comparison. Please also see me review on the tablecloth. I am very dissapointed. (I might add that at this time I also purchased the Red Tartan Tablecloth. Again the quality was very poor and is being returned as are the other items.)Date published: 2014-12-08Rated 2 out of 5 by Dragonfly1 from Nice color, sloppily made Being a sewer myself I am probably pickier than most but I was very disappointed to find that these napkins are poorly made. The hem stitching is missing in places and 2 of the 4 are not square. I discovered this only after washing so if you buy these check before you wash them. The colors are wonderful. They just need a little quality control.Date published: 2014-09-07Rated 5 out of 5 by Granada from Good Classic Napkins Love the double row of hemstitching on these napkins. They are soft and are good for everyday as well as company dinner.Date published: 2014-08-21
