For an additional charge of $26 per address, we can expedite delivery to most destinations. Orders received by 9:00 p.m. ET Monday through Thursday will arrive the next business day; orders placed Friday through Sunday will arrive on the following Tuesday.

Durable and fairly heavy. It has a very sturdy clip to attach to a large pot or other vessel. I have cooked thick cut bacon overnight. I am amazed at what this method of cooking does. The foods are delicious, the timing is flexible (no big deal if it cooks longer at the correct temperature. I love this particular machine. It is simple, quiet and powerful. Easy to use. I have used it is large stock pots and even a 12 gallon container. I purchased the Sansaire at the Salt Lake City store at Trolley Square. The following things I have discovered: a. The machine heats the water extremely quickly - much faster than a gas stove. b. You don't need to purchase a food sealing system. Any type of zip-close bags works. c. The machine will work in almost any type of cooking container. d. Making bone-in chicken breasts now. Sauteed diced onions, garlic, carrots, parsnips, and mushrooms in a teaspoon of butter. Deglazed with white wine and added chicken stock. Let it all simmer together. Put split chicken breast in bag and then added sauteed combination to bag and put into the sainsaire sous video machine. Writing review as it cooks since it can't overcook. Expect it to be done in ninety minutes. Hope to report more soon. So far the experience has been awesome.Date published: 2016-03-31
