Bobby’s Manhattan

Inside New York’s famed Carlyle Hotel resides the iconic Bemelmans Bar, where this cocktail originated. The drink is named after Bobby Short, an American cabaret singer and pianist who was a regular performer at Café Carlyle next door. His favorite drink was a Manhattan, so they created this rum Manhattan just for him.
