The Christmas holiday is steeped in tradition, and the foods we serve are no exception. This year, our menu features classic dishes and ends with a spectacular dessert. Prime rib with whipped herb butter is an impressive centerpiece for the feast. To accompany it, we like to serve a brightly colored arugula and beet salad and rich, creamy scalloped potatoes that get a modern update with the addition of sautéed leeks. For the grand finale, a dramatic tower of Bundt cakes drizzled with a brandy caramel sauce is large enough to feed a crowd.
