Before you start to mix your baking ingredients, you need a flat and reliable surface to work the dough out on. We have a variety of liners and boards that not only give you a workspace, but also provide proper directions for making cakes and macaroons. A wooden pastry board comes with diameters for common pie sizes and a 14" ruler for measuring lattices for pies. A nonstick pastry mat is just as helpful as a wooden board, but is easier to clean and store. If you need to keep your dough as cold as possible, get a marble board that resists heat.


If you put your cookies or pastries into the oven on a baking sheet, there is a good chance it sticks after baking. Make sure to line your sheet with parchment paper or a silicone liner to avoid a sticky cleanup situation. We also have sprays that lubricate pans before you put them into the oven.


A pie is great on its own, but it becomes extra special with some frills added to it. We offer several products that help you get the best lattices, exquisitely patterned crusts and decorative additions out of extra dough. Take a pastry cutter with serrated edges to line the crust of your pie, or use a lattice mold to get the ideal texture in a single press. For extra shapes and patterns, take your extra dough, and then cut it out with special molds. Add these to the top of the pie before baking for a decorative touch.


Making cookies is one of the most fun things you can do with your family. Once you prepare your cookie dough, plop it out onto your parchment paper with a scooper. These are similar to ice cream scoopers, and they give you even and consistent cookies every time. You can also use a cookie press that you fill with raw dough, and then pull a trigger to release it onto the pan or paper.


One of the most popular Mexican desserts is the churro, and we offer a special tool that gives you fun and creative spirals and shapes without having to twist them by hand. Simply load this tool with churro dough, and then squeeze it to produce the dessert. Send the dough through the oven or the deep fryer, and then coat with sugar before serving with ice cream. If you crave a classic American breakfast, a pancake pen is an excellent tool for plopping out even flapjacks every time. Simply load the device with batter, and then drop it into a hot skillet. Soon enough, you have pancakes that are moist in the middle with just the right amount of crispiness on the edges.


For a baker, there is perhaps no tool more important than a good rolling pin. We offer pins made of several types of wood, including maple, olivewood and New England hardwood. We also have marble rolling pins that stay cool when working with hot dough and synthetic ones that are easy to clean. There are even adjustable rolling pins that let you control the thickness of the dough, great for making thin-, medium- and thick-crust pizzas.
