To celebrate Easter and the beginning of spring, our menu features roast leg of lamb prepared in the Provençal style. The meat is brushed with a mixture of Dijon mustard and herbes de Provence before roasting, which adds depth of flavor. Glazed spring vegetables, garnished with a sprinkling of fresh mint and parsley, are the perfect accompaniment.
