Winter is prime time for citrus, and our dinner menu showcases these sweet-tart fruits in every course, from salad through dessert. Begin with a refreshing salad that combines slightly bitter winter greens with oranges and warm pecan-crusted goat cheese, a wonderful contrast of textures and flavors. For the entrée, serve plump sea scallops enlivened with lime zest. Orzo with lemon and fresh parsley is the perfect accompaniment.
