This year’s holiday menu was inspired by English traditions. We offer a selection of two main courses: a juicy beef roast paired with savory Yorkshire pudding, or a bone-in pork roast glazed with Seville orange marmalade and accompanied by an ethereal sweet potato soufflé. Whichever entrée you choose, we know your guests will be impressed. Round out the meal with other English favorites, including fragrant mulled wine, a rich and creamy oyster stew and classic steamed fig pudding.
