The turkey bacon was shipped to you chilled with ice packs. Upon receipt, place the bacon in the refrigerator or freezer. The bacon will keep refrigerated, unopened up to 6 weeks, or frozen, up to 6 months. To thaw, remove from the freezer and place in the refrigerator overnight.
