Willie Bird Preservative Free Smoked Turkey Breast
When a whole turkey is larger than you need, this precooked, smoked breast is the perfect menu choice. It’s from the famous Willie Bird Ranch in Sonoma County, California, where the free-range birds are raised on the tastiest, healthiest natural grains. Completely free of preservatives, the boneless breast is rubbed with a brown-sugar cure and spiked with garlic, then slow-smoked to succulent perfection. The mild, moist meat has a spectacular smoky flavor and is delicious hot or cold. To serve, just warm the thawed breast in the oven, then cut into slices.

The turkey was shipped to you chilled with ice packs. Upon receipt, place the turkey in the refrigerator or freezer. Unopened, the turkey will keep refrigerated up to 6 weeks or frozen for up to 6 months.
If frozen, thaw before cooking for 48 hours. Wrap breast in foil, and roast at 325°F until the internal temperature reaches 140°F – approximately 1.5 to 2 hours. Remove breast from oven, and let rest 10 to 15 minutes prior to serving.
