Williams Sonoma Silicone Spatula with Classic Wood Handle
When we set out to design our own line of silicone tools, we stayed true to the "function first" philosophy of our founder, Chuck Williams. Chuck believes that, as the workhorse of the kitchen, the spatula's two most important qualities are durability and performance. Our signature spatula has a paintbrush-inspired handle designed to encourage the ideal angle and grip depending on the task at hand. The head is made of hygienic, heatproof silicone in your choice of fresh colors.
- Excels for mixing, blending, folding as well as stovetop cooking.

Rated 5 out of 5 by bunnybixler from Super Spatula! I wanted a tool for my non-stick pans. This is perfect for sautéing and suddenly making scrambled eggs is fun! The handle is very comfortable in your hand. It cleans up in a zip and I haven't had a problem with the finish (as I read in one other review). I use mine almost daily and it's held up beautifully. I'm buying more to have on hand for gifts. I usually don't get excited about kitchen utensils but I love this one!Date published: 2016-04-08Rated 2 out of 5 by tootsny from wood handles Purchased the Spatula and mini spatula and spoonula set, all with the wood handles. While I love the sizes and have used them all many times over the past few months, I do not like the wood handles. The finish has worn off making the handles rough and the utensils look years old. I do not allow the utensils to soak in water and use a mild dish liquid, not a dishwasher. I recommend the metal handle versions.Date published: 2016-03-06Rated 5 out of 5 by lilitalia84 from Great Spatula I have this and the spoon spatula in navy and love them. I wish the navy was still available (and in the other sizes as well) so I could buy more.Date published: 2016-02-24Rated 5 out of 5 by GloriaRN from Use everyday Great for everyday use. Smooth stirring. Temperature rating is greatDate published: 2015-09-14Rated 4 out of 5 by KnitterForcedToCook from Perfect Size I bought this on sale, hoping it would be the medium size I needed, and it's perfect! This might be the single most-used utensil in my kitchen. The only reason I didn't give it the full 5 stars is that the clear finish came off the wood handle the first time through the dishwasher. I bought two more of these in spite of that, and their finishes are holding up fine, so maybe the first one was an anomaly. Get a bunch of these so a clean one is always handy!Date published: 2015-02-21Rated 5 out of 5 by Reasonable from Ideal for use with non-stick cookware This spatula is reasonably priced, sturdy, attractive and well shaped to its purpose.Date published: 2014-10-02Rated 5 out of 5 by Beetie from No-melt spatula Most spatulas tear or disintegrate at the edges - so far this one looks of higher quality and heat resistanceDate published: 2014-09-27Rated 2 out of 5 by missaren from Had high hopes... This review is for the long skinny silicone scraper. I picked one up for my daughter who's headed off to college (gotta get every last bit of PBJ) & then one for myself. I own lots of these scrapers from super small to big and thought this would be a great addition. Not so much...the tip of the spatula is overly flexible and doesn't scrape & pick up. It mushes the food around. I don't know what the fix is for this tool, but I hope the PD team figures it out. Great idea...poor execution.Date published: 2014-08-30
