Williams Sonoma Silicone Mini Spatula & Spoonula with Classic Wood Handle

Rated 5 out of 5 by rholborn from going to purchase more i assumed all spatulas were the same, & never even heard of a spoonula before. I happened to get a williams sonoma spoonula , & i found myself using it all the time. so i splurged and bought the silicone mini set, & full sized silicone set, in case it was inadvertently placed in the dishwasher. Can't wait to buy more, love having tools like this to make cooking easier & when it's easier, it's more fun & enjoyable!Date published: 2016-11-30Rated 1 out of 5 by NYCLeah from I bought this for the jar scraper... ...and the wood snapped in half after using it for about 10 days. No, not manhandled, I didn't try to chop down a tree with it, I was simply scraping softened butter off the wrapper. Not durable. I have so many Williams-Sonoma silicon scrapers, spatulas, spoonulas and I have never had this happen, so I am sure it is an anomaly, but I would never pay to replace this set.Date published: 2016-06-07Rated 5 out of 5 by ShanelleM from Perfect for small jobs! Got these little guys as an impulse buy and since then I've bought another set! They are the perfect size for small spaces or small jobs. Like filling a small piping bag or scraping out a jar. If you cook or bake regularly I can almost guarantee you will get good use out of these. Despite other reviews I find them to be sturdy and of great quality.Date published: 2016-01-28Rated 5 out of 5 by Commonsensecook from Mini Spatula I love my little spatulas, I'm using them all the time, they are tiny and at first I wasn't sure if they were too small but they are great for so many jobs where you don't need a regular sized spatula.Date published: 2016-01-07Rated 5 out of 5 by PJinGA from Fantastic Tools I purchased my first silicon spatulas when they first came out. I now have at least two full sets of each, in the house, and in the RV! There are also several more of the ones I use most. Over the years I have shown them in use to many people, and invariably they have gotten their own. There are only two of us left at home. and usually it doesn't make sense to run the dishwasher more than every other day. With the extra tools I don't have to try to use "something else" on the second day.Date published: 2015-12-21Rated 1 out of 5 by Lynne718 from So disappointed Like many others, I have owned Williams-Sonoma spatulas for years, and they WERE the best. I ordered these spatulas plus the large spatula for a Christmas gift for a friend. I am so disappointed!!! These are not near the quality that I was expecting and that I had from WS in the past. I wish I had read the reviews, but I just assumed that WS had maintained the same quality they always had. These were so overpriced, but I thought it would be worth it. I was wrong! I am almost ashamed to give them as a gift and embarrassed that I paid so much for them.Date published: 2015-12-20Rated 1 out of 5 by Arjor from Loved the set until yesterday! The head of the spatula separated from the handle in a jar of mayonnaise. I have spatulas from Williams-Sonoma that are over ten years old and still going strong. This set did not make it a year.Date published: 2015-10-13Rated 1 out of 5 by WSCustomer1 from Some things don't need to be "improved on" I have used the previous version for years. The previous ones were much smaller and came on a ring together. Perfect for hanging and small jars or long jars with small openings. They were so useful, I bought 13 sets. Few have walked away and I've used them so much, I had to replace them. These are much bigger than the previous version, just about double. Also, the silicone part comes out from the wooden handle part and the handles are round instead of good grip flat with hanging hole. They are USELESS for what I needed. Some things don't need to be "improved on". This item is the perfect example of messing with perfection. I'm disappointed with WS. It used to carry awesome, hard to find or unique items. Which was a joy for me to shop. Now, it's just over priced and lacking in quality. All the simmering sauces I enjoyed, gone, Now this disappointment. I guess, I'm gonna have to find other places to shop...Date published: 2015-08-21
