Williams-Sonoma Pasta, Straccetti
Our pasta is made from organic durum wheat from Apulia, Italy, and hand prepared using traditional methods. The dough is cut with bronze dies that create a rustic porous surface characteristic of Italian handmade pasta. Curly straccetti resemble delicate calla lilies, rolled to create chambers that grab and hold sauces of all kinds. Straccetti are positively perfect for pesto but also great with tomato sauce, or simply toss with a fruity olive oil and grated Parmesan cheese.
