Our concentrated organic stocks are a healthy, delicious foundation for homemade dishes – from soups, stews, gravies and sauces to risottos and polenta. We prepare them the same way you would in your own kitchen, gently simmering aromatic vegetables and fragrant herbs and spices. This slow, careful cooking ensures richly concentrated stocks that capture the pure flavors of the all-natural organic ingredients. To use, just add 1 cup of water for each cup of stock.
