Rated 1 out of 5 by DCCat from Beautiful but too fragile. Disappointed. We used this teapot a grand total of twice. It was lovely to see the tea brewing in this beautiful glass pot. When retrieving it from the cabinet to use it a third time, we ever so slightly tapped the spout and it broke right off. We knew that we'd need to be extra careful with this one and we were, but it was far too fragile to be used at all. Very disappointed.Date published: 2017-01-26Rated 5 out of 5 by Sprytes from Sturdy and Classic This is a great everyday teapot. Appearance: Simple, Clean, Classic. Quality: Sturdy, Great for everyday use. Balance of weight when filled and flow from spout are excellent. I have had mine for about over a year now - dropped the top onto hardwood floors many times and it has yet to break or crack. I highly recommend.Date published: 2016-10-18Rated 4 out of 5 by sly323 from Monogram looks great This is a handy little tea pot. The monogramming looks really good. It is a little fragile as the glass is very thin.Date published: 2016-02-02Rated 4 out of 5 by jenright from Wonderful teapot, but use two hands! I love the look and feel of this darling teapot. However, during my first use when refilling my cup, the lid fell off and broke. I was heartbroken, because I knew gluing wouldn't work. Fortunately, I called W-S and the wonderful folks replaced it for me! I now use it often but ALWAYS POUR WITH TWO HANDS!Date published: 2016-01-28Rated 3 out of 5 by LizStudy from Broken top I have been super careful with it and washing it by hand but The handle of a knife fell on it and broke the knob off the top. Super bummed! This tea pot is so fragile. If anyone has just a top left after theirs brakes I will take it.Date published: 2016-01-18Rated 5 out of 5 by Seasons from Excellent teapot This pot is light and well designed. I've used it daily for over a year with great satisfaction. I am now replacing it with another of the same because I dropped a heavy lid on it--yes, it broke, but into two clean pieces; no chips or slivers to clean up.Date published: 2015-12-28Rated 4 out of 5 by LavenderSage from Gorgeous tea pot Owned over a year and only complaint is that sometimes my dishwasher has trouble cleaning the spout but that is easily fixed using Q-tips. Love the design and look! Very light and easy to handle. Have had no trouble with it breaking and use it every day!Date published: 2015-04-08Rated 1 out of 5 by thejohnsonzoo from 2 cracks developed near base of spout Beautiful tea pot, but only had it for 10 days and a crack has developed on each side where the spout meets the pot and now it leaks. I will try to exchange it and see if a new one lasts longer.Date published: 2015-01-06
