Rated 2 out of 5 by CooksinCT from Average longevity, awkward First one broke when my son used it to press on a sponge to clean the top of griddle. Sure not the intended use, but still... we decided to give it another try, so at $64 into the experiment. It's a bit stiff and overall I must say that the spatula is just OK. The stiffness makes it awkward to slide under food when using in a pan. It's pretty thick so sliding under anything but meat is not that comfortable on the grill or griddle, and forget about using it for eggs or fish, mangles it all. Usually I love everything from W-S, but I am not recommending this spatula.Date published: 2017-01-13Rated 5 out of 5 by MSBDRA from This one Great Product This is one sturdy spatula. It is expensive but it will last a lifetime! I bought this as part of a set; when the set arrived this spatula was missing from the inventory. I called Williams-Sonoma and they sent me a replacement. Great customer service. I love everything Williams-Sonoma. Great service and products.Date published: 2015-02-01Rated 4 out of 5 by KayLeo from A good burger spatula. I can hold a nice, big, fat, beefy burger without any give. I don't think it is as nice as the stainless steel version, but at least I can use this on my stove top grill. I have not yet used this on an outdoor grill so I don't know how well the nylon will do with an open flame.Date published: 2014-06-04
