For an additional charge of $17.50 per address, we can expedite delivery to most destinations. Orders received by 9:00 p.m., Eastern time, Monday through Thursday will arrive the next business day; orders placed Friday through Sunday will arrive on the following Tuesday.

An original receipt or gift receipt is required for all returns and exchanges. Returns with a gift receipt will be refunded in the form of a Merchandise Credit for the amount indicated on the gift receipt. Returns with original receipt will be refunded in the original form of payment, cash and check refunds over $100 will be issued as a company check (may take 14 business days from time of request).

We cannot accept returns on monogrammed, personalized, special-order items, custom upholstery, food, items shipped direct from the vendor, or on items damaged through normal wear and tear. Final sale items ending in .97 or .99 cannot be returned.

I would not recommend this thermometer. I bought it because Williams Sonoma's name was on it. That usually means great quality. Not so in this case. Today, 9/25/14, my brain was foggy. I pulled out a pork butt from in the oven but left it on the rack so check the internal temp. I inserted the thermometer, saw the numbers increasing, wondered what temp a pork butt would be, decided to go online to fine out, but first slid the rack back in and figured by the time I had looked up the correct temp, the thermometer would have registered the internal temp. Went back ten minutes later and the thermometer had melted! My bad. But it's hard to remember that this thermometer is an out of the oven only item when the older thermometers I used for decades always went back into the oven. I guess for older people who aren't used to it, this thermometer may not survive.Date published: 2014-09-25Rated 2 out of 5 by bakingismything from cannot calibrate When I buy thermometers, I always check to make sure the temperature reading is accurate (fill a glass with ice, top with water, then add more ice - temperature reading should be 32!). This one is off by 2 degrees, and there's no way to calibrate it. Two degrees may not be a big deal for some, but when you are making jams/jellies, 2 degrees can turn your ingredients to a hot mess.
