I've made the strawberry ice cream twice and my family loved it. The recipe is simple and easy. There are more involved recipes so you can get different textures and flavors. The book also carries a wide variety so you won't be bored with making the same all the time. I like that it is a hard cover as soft covers tend to wear quickly.
