Our traditional dark balsamic is from Modena, Italy—a town long celebrated for its exceptional versions of this fine condiment. Our balsamic is crafted from the pure juice of white Trebbiano grapes, fermented and masterfully blended with IGP-certified aceto balsamico, which is aged for up to 18 years in a series of handmade oak barrels, using traditional techniques perfected by generations of artisans. The result is a rich, aromatic balsamic with a complex sweetness and smooth, tangy finish. Use it for everything from making vinaigrettes and dips to drizzling over vegetables, cheese, prosciutto or fresh berries
