Green Lentils & Pecan Rice partners pecan rice, nutty brown rice and French green lentils with a trio of wild mushrooms including shiitake, porcini and boleto. Golden raisins and mission figs add a hint of sweetness, highlighted by shallots, green peppercorns, lemon and herbs.
Toasted Fregola Pasta & Wild Rice is a blend of quinoa, wild rice, wheat pearls, red rice and toasted fregola – a Sardinian semolina pasta similar to Israeli couscous. Sage, basil, garlic, sun-dried tomato and lemon give our mix its classic Mediterranean flavor.
