Rated 1 out of 5 by blueskyrain from Very disappointed Very sweet but not a sugar taste more like a saccharine taste. Very easy to cook, wish it tasted better.Date published: 2016-03-16Rated 1 out of 5 by cscs from dry and heavy weighed a ton and was tasteless. Used the nordicware lemon pan and it came out dark/dry. Only ice cream helped get it down.Date published: 2016-03-05Rated 5 out of 5 by BnCMom from So good! Not a crumb left This loaf mix is excellent. Being the only one with a gluten sensitivity, everyone in the family usually turns away from gluten free breads and cakes since they usually taste like cardboard. This was soft, flavorful and devoured by everyone. No one could tell this was gluten free. When I told everyone they were amazed. Very easy to make. I will be buying this again!Date published: 2015-03-04Rated 4 out of 5 by KevLutt from Yummt bread We really enjoyed this product. Easy to make and very tasty. Only concern is the price, but no other complaints.Date published: 2015-03-01Rated 2 out of 5 by busymom4 from Bad taste/Good texture This loaf has an artificial lemon taste that I could not even mask with a fresh lemon sugar glaze. This loaf only deserves points/stars for texture.Date published: 2015-01-01Rated 5 out of 5 by LONEIL from Delicious and Easy! Very easy to make and one of the best gluten-free products I have tasted. A little expensive compared to similar products but makes a wonderful treat!Date published: 2014-06-26Rated 4 out of 5 by HollyMA from Great Tasting Gluten Free Quick Bread I usually make from scratch but wanted to make a treat for my gluten sensitive niece. This came out great. The texture was like a dense pound cake. The flavor was not too sweet with a fresh lemon flavor and crunchy poppy seeds. This was very easy to make but for sure you'll need a mixer to incorporate the butter; and be prepared for a different looking batter since there is no wheat flour. It's almost like a thick paste that does not look appetizing but keep at it; the end result looks good and it's delicious.Date published: 2014-03-26
