BBQ Sauce is an exotic blend of North Carolina honey, Indonesian coconut palm sugar, Thai fish sauce and tangy lime.
Chili Jam is a savory-sweet spread made with chilies, roasted garlic, shallots, tamarind and tropical sugars.

Bakar Marinade & Dipping Sauce: Red bell pepper, fish sauce (anchovy, water, salt, sugar), lime juice, red jalapeño pepper, tomato, garlic, ginger, honey, rice vinegar, light brown sugar, cilantro, bonito, tomato paste, coconut palm sugar, smoke and cilantro flavor, xanthan gum.
BBQ Sauce: Molasses, red bell pepper, fish sauce (anchovy, water, salt, sugar), honey, lime juice, tomato, garlic, light brown sugar, ginger, red jalapeño pepper, rice vinegar, cilantro, bonito, tomato paste, coconut palm sugar, smoke and cilantro flavor, sea salt, xanthan gum.
Chili Jam: Onion, garlic, shallot, mirepoix stock (water, onion, tomato, carrot, spices, garlic, corn starch), light brown sugar, red bell pepper, tomato, rice vinegar, fish sauce (anchovy, water, salt, sugar), vegetable oil, red jalapeño pepper, ginger, honey, tamarind, dried shrimp meat, tomato paste, demerara and coconut palm sugars, bonito, sea salt, smoke and chipotle flavor, xanthan gum.
