Williams Sonoma Edge-Grain Cutting Board, Maple
We developed our signature line of wooden cutting boards to be both beautiful and functional. Designed to protect the sharpest blades, our boards also provide stability during use and look handsome enough to keep out on the counter. These reversible edge-grain boards are crafted with the wood oriented horizontally along the grain for maximum resistance to stains, water and warping while displaying the wood's natural markings.
- Crafted of North American hard rock maple, sourced locally in the United States.
- Durable edge-grain surface holds up to years of heavy-duty slicing and chopping.
- Hand grips are carved into sides for easy lifting.
- Doubles as a rustic serving piece for breads, cheeses and appetizers.
- Designed and made exclusively for Williams Sonoma in the USA.

Rated 2 out of 5 by TYBurk from Cutting board warped We have had this board for about 1 year. I have oiled it as directed and it never was in standing water. It is now warped for no apparent reason! I loved this until now. I think it should last longer than 1 year!Date published: 2016-06-22Rated 1 out of 5 by wendy116 from solid board but will not last Had it for about 3 months before it started cracking. Oiled with william sonoma oil per instruction, solid board but considering how long it lasted me, its not worth spending the money on it....Date published: 2015-12-16Rated 1 out of 5 by Jamesinkeys from No es bueno, amigos Heavy duty board, Thought would last forever. Proudly, prominently displaying William Sonoma name on the side. After two months or so, splitting at glue joints. Now, seriously rocking back and fourth. Hard to repair, cracks are slight, but the wood is warped ,never any standing water. Never, seen this before on a cutting board.. W.S. the best, buy all my kitchen goodies here...So, will try again with a more expensive, durable board..Sincerely James...Date published: 2015-11-21
