Sicilian Sausage Ragu Pasta Sauce
Sicilian cooks take pride in their signature ragus, made using special family recipes and lots of love. Ours is prepared just like it would be in a Sicilian kitchen, starting with plenty of Italian sausage. We slow-simmer the meat with Italian plum tomatoes, highlighted by fresh herbs and a hint of red pepper. For a delicious dinner pronto, just heat the sauce and toss with freshly cooked pasta. Also great for sub sandwiches!
