Showcasing authentic Memphis pit barbecue at its down-home best, this luscious roast is hand-rubbed with a signature seasoning blend. The meat is slow-smoked over glowing hickory embers until tender and juicy—to a signature pink color that can only come from expert barbecuing—and then basted with a sweet-and-smoky mild barbecue sauce with just the right amount of zing. Ready to heat and serve, the fully cooked roast comes from a legendary family-owned barbecue joint in Memphis, where pitmasters have been serving up award-winning classics for over a quarter of a century.

The roast was shipped frozen with dry ice, which may have evaporated during shipment. This is normal. Please take care not to touch any remaining dry ice with bare hands. Upon receipt, place the roast in the freezer where it will keep up to 1 year.
- For best results, thaw unopened in the refrigerator for 24 hours before heating.
- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- Remove from pouch and slice roast in-between each bone into 1-bone sections.
- Place slices of roast on a baking pan and brush with BBQ sauce from pouch. Transfer pan to the middle shelf in the oven.
- Bake for 10 minutes, and then remove pan from oven and turn slices over. Brush with BBQ sauce again and place pan back into oven.
- Heat for an additional 10 minutes.
Bone-in pork loin prime rib roast, mild BBQ sauce (water, tomato paste, vinegar, molasses, sugar, brown sugar, salt, contains less than 2% of: aged cayenne pepper, onion, natural smoke flavor, garlic, dextrose, vegetable oil [soybean and/or canola], spices, corn syrup, xanthan gum, sodium benzoate, caramel color, guar gum, ascorbic acid, tamarind, natural flavor, paprika [color]), vegetable oil [cottonseed oil, canola oil, TBHQ and citric acid added to protect flavor, dimethylpolysiloxane, an anti-foaming agent added] seasoning [salt, onion, paprika (color), spices, garlic, citric acid, and less than 2% silicon dioxide added to prevent caking]).
