Showcasing authentic Memphis pit barbecue at its down-home best, these finger-licking baby back ribs are hand-rubbed with a signature seasoning blend and slow-smoked over glowing hickory embers until they're tender, juicy and falling off the bone. Then they're basted with a sweet-and-smoky mild barbecue sauce with just the right amount of zing. Ready to heat and serve, the fully cooked ribs come from a legendary family-owned barbecue joint in Memphis, where pitmasters have been serving up award-winning classics for over a quarter of a century.

The ribs were shipped frozen with dry ice, which may have evaporated during shipment. This is normal. Please take care not to touch any remaining dry ice with bare hands. Upon receipt, place the ribs in the freezer where they will keep up to 1 year.
For best results, thaw unopened in the refrigerator for 24 hours before heating. Ribs should not be allowed to stand at room temperature; wash hands after preparing ribs for heating.
Preheat grill to medium-hot (350°F–400°F).
Remove ribs from the packaging and brush ribs with BBQ sauce from pouch.
Place ribs on grill directly over coals.
Close cover and grill for 5 minutes. Turn after 5 minutes, brush with BBQ sauce and heat for another 5 minutes.
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Remove ribs from plastic pouch and place in a baking pan.
Brush ribs liberally with the remaining sauce from pouch.
Transfer the pan to the middle rack in the oven.
Bake for 15 minutes. Remove pan from oven and brush ribs with BBQ sauce. Return pan to oven and heat for an additional 15 minutes.

Rated 4 out of 5 by TigsAli from BABY BACK RIBS The ribs are easy to prepare especially if you have small kids. There not the best and I believe they're probably smoked or boiled than grilled. I would purchase them for convenience more than flavor. The ends burn quickly but it could be my oven. If you do not like to cook or having one of those lazy days this are great.Date published: 2017-04-13
