White Truffles

The earthy, heady perfume of white truffles is prized around the world, elevating any dish to a luxurious experience. Ours are from the Piedmont and Emilia Romagna regions of Northern Italy, where local towns celebrate them in city-wide festivals and markets. Simply shave thin slices of this prized fungus over pasta, risotto or even morning eggs to release their intoxicating fragrance.

• Small: 2–3 truffles, 10-20 g. each (1 oz. total).
• Medium: 1–2 truffles, 20-60 g. each (1 oz. total).
• Shipped chilled.
• Product of Italy.

Receiving instructions

• The truffles are shipped chilled with ice packs and come with instructions for storage. Upon receipt, wrap the truffles in a paper towel or tissue paper, place in an airtight container and store in the refrigerator where they will keep for up to 5 days. The paper towel or tissue paper should be changed daily. The truffles can also be frozen for up to 1 year.
