Baja meets the Bayou in this incredibly rich and delicious dip. The classic Mexican queso dip is given a Louisiana twist with plump chunks of crawfish tails and the fiery kick of Cajun spices. Made for us by a Louisiana company famous for its traditional regional specialties, this creamy, cheesy dip is excellent poured over enchiladas, or simply scooped up with tortilla or pita chips for a decadent snack. Prep couldn’t be easier: Simply defrost, boil right in the bags and serve.

Use & Care

Receiving Instructions

  • The queso is shipped frozen with dry ice, which may have evaporated during shipment. This is normal. Please take care not to touch any remaining dry ice with bare hands. Upon receipt, place the queso in the freezer, where it will keep up to 1 year, or thaw and use within 10 days.


  • Thaw queso in refrigerator overnight, or thaw under cold running water until fluid. Bring 2 to 3 quarts of water to a boil in a saucepot. Place queso inside packaging into boiling water, then simmer 10 to 20 minutes until warmed through. Remove pot from stovetop and carefully pour the water out. Remove the queso pouch and carefully cut open one end and pour the queso into a serving bowl. Serve with chips.

If within 30 days, you are dissatisfied for any reason, you may return your purchase for a refund of the merchandise value. An original receipt or gift receipt is required for all returns and exchanges. Returns with a gift receipt will be refunded in the form of a Merchandise Credit for the amount indicated on the gift receipt. Returns with original receipt will be refunded in the original form of payment, cash and check refunds over $100 will be issued as a company check (may take 14 business days from time of request).
