Viking 100 series grills combine heavy-duty stainless-steel construction, powerful heat and a host of innovative features designed to make alfresco cooking – and cleanup – more efficient. The 100 series grills are available in either natural- and propane-gas models and in two styles: as a counter-depth grill that can be custom-built into any enclosure or as a freestanding grill with a portable cart. We also offer a range of accessories to suit your particular outdoor space and cooking style.

• 25,000 BTU (natural gas)/22,500 BTU (propane gas) stainless-steel burners.
• 30" grill has 2 burners; 36" grill has 3 burners.
• Porcelain-coated steel grates help prevent food from sticking and simplify cleanup.
• Ceramic heat distribution system features white "briquettes" with flip-clean design, which heats uniformly, reduces flare-ups, and catches drippings for added smoky flavor and easier cleanup.
• Push-button 9-volt electronic ignition system.
• Easy-to-read numeric thermometer is hermetically sealed so it never fogs.
• Black cast-metal knobs.
• Elegant brushed- and polished-steel canopy.
• Can be installed in a custom-built enclosure (use an insulated jacket for installation near combustible materials; sold separately), or use with a portable stainless-steel cart; see available combinations below.
• Portable stainless-steel cart has two fold-down 16" x 24"-deep side shelves for extra work space, a towel/utensil rod for keeping tools handy and locking casters for easy mobility.
