To help you create pure potato magic, we've combined aromatic Italian black summer truffles with savory Asiago cheese, a hint of garlic and a dash of sea salt harvested from the salt caves of Emilia-Romagna. Simply mix the seasoning into mashed potatoes, or use it to liven up baked potatoes, scalloped potatoes and gratins.
