Truffle Cheese & Salumi Collection
- Online Only
Savor the heady, earthy aroma and flavor of black truffles in two unique delicacies, an artisanal cheese from Italy and its natural partner tartufo, a pork salami filled with lush black summer truffles. The cheese and salumi are offered as a collection that includes pane carasatu, an artisan crispbread from Sardinia. Or enjoy the salami on its own in our set of three.
Bianco Sottobosco: A goat/cow’s milk cheese made in small batches on a small, family-run farm in Piedmont, Italy. The cheese has an herbaceous, mild flavor and a creamy white paste flecked with truffles.
Truffle Salami: Aromatic Italian black summer truffles star in this salami made by an Italian chef-turned-Californian-charcutier who learned the craft from his mother while still a boy in the Old Country. Each link is made with nitrate- and nitrite-free all-natural pork from a local ranch.
