Why We Love It

• There's something about truffles that transforms even the simplest dish into a special one. For our deeply flavorful braising sauce, we cook down leeks until meltingly tender and stew them with demi-glace, herbs and a touch of cream. Flecks of decadent, fragrant truffle add a final layer of complex flavor. To use, just brown chicken or pork on the stovetop, then add the base and simmer in a Dutch oven or slow cooker.
