Tortillas are a staple of Mexico, Central America and the southwestern United States. This hinged cast-aluminum press allows you to prepare fresh ones at home. It flattens balls of masa (specially ground cornmeal dough) into griddle-ready disks. Recipe included.

Use

  • Tip: place a sheet of plastic wrap on either side of the dough ball before pressing. This will allow the flattened tortilla to be removed from the press without sticking.
