Tiramisù, literally “pick-me-up,” is a classic Italian dessert. Our version is generous in size and formed into a round cake made from layers of delicate espresso-infused sponge cake and custard made from lightly sweetened mascarpone and cream cheeses. Included is a packet of cocoa powder for dusting over the dessert just before serving for an elegant finish. Made by Eli's Cheesecake Co. in Chicago, it is easy to prepare: simply thaw and serve.

- The tiramisù ships frozen with dry ice. Please take care not to touch the dry ice with bare hands. Upon receipt, remove the tiramisù from the shipping container. Place in the refrigerator to thaw and serve within 5 days, or keep in the freezer for up to 3 months.
- To completely thaw the frozen tiramisù, refrigerate it for at least 6 hours before serving. Alternatively, you may partially thaw the tiramisù for 4 hours so the mascarpone has the consistency of ice cream. Empty the packet of cocoa powder into a fine-mesh sieve and shake it gently over the top of the cake.
