This is no ordinary coffee cake. Tzurit Or, founder of Tatte Fine Cookies & Cakes, uses the highest-quality ingredients and a treasured family recipe to handcraft our Bundt cake with carefully selected ingredients. She layers a moist, buttery sour cream cake with a mixture of Valrhona cocoa, cinnamon, crunchy fresh walnuts and brown sugar for a sophisticated blend of sweet flavors and crunchy texture.

Care Instructions
The coffee cake was shipped frozen to arrive chilled. Upon receipt, store the cake at room temperature, or wrap tightly and store in the freezer to serve at a later date. The cake will keep unopened, up to 5 days at room temperature, up to 2 weeks, refrigerated and up to 2 months frozen. Tzurit suggests you enjoy the cake upon receipt, when it’s at its peak of freshness.
If the cake was frozen, let it thaw in the refrigerator overnight. Approximately 1 to 2 hours prior to serving, remove the thawed cake from the refrigerator. Serve at room temperature. If desired, warm the cake in a preheated 350°F for 5 to 10 minutes.

Tzurit Or's handmade cookies and pastries are truly wondrous creations, unlike any other confections we've encountered. Based on recipes remembered from Or's childhood, each Tatte dessert is a spectacular presentation, from the nut-layered brownies to the "boxes" of buttery pastry crust that hold whole nuts blended with caramel, or rows of halved or sliced fruits such as plums or pears.
About Tatte Fine Cookies & Cakes
Tzurit Or has been baking ever since her childhood in Israel, when she would help her mother cook holiday sweets. Tzurit grew up to become an acclaimed filmmaker, but when she moved to the United States in 2004, she started to re-create the baked goods of her youth. She began selling her exquisitely made and artfully designed nut-and-caramel pastry “boxes” and tarts at Boston farmers’ markets in 2007, and soon opened a small shop in Brookline, Mass., that was an instant hit.
