  • To make this spectacular tart, the bakers at Tatte Fine Cookies and Cakes mix whole toasted pistachios with a light house-made caramel, arrange it in a buttery, flaky tart shell and drizzle more caramel on top. Not too sweet and satisfyingly crunchy, it's the perfect finishing touch to a special-occasion meal.

  • Care Instructions

    The tart was shipped at ambient temperature. The unopened tart will keep at room temperature for up to 2 weeks and frozen up to 1 month. Tzurit suggests you enjoy the tart soon after receipt, when it’s at the peak of freshness.

    To serve from frozen, thaw the tart in the refrigerator overnight. Approximately 1 to 2 hours prior to serving, remove the thawed tart from the refrigerator. For optimal flavor, serve the tart at room temperature.

About Tatte Fine Cookies & Cakes

Tzurit Or has been baking ever since her childhood in Israel, when she would help her mother cook holiday sweets. Tzurit grew up to become an acclaimed filmmaker, but when she moved to the United States in 2004, she started to re-create the baked goods of her youth. She began selling her exquisitely made and artfully designed nut-and-caramel pastry “boxes” and tarts at Boston farmers’ markets in 2007, and soon opened a small shop in Brookline, Mass., that was an instant hit.
