Tzurit Or, founder of Tatte Fine Cookies & Cakes, uses the highest-quality ingredients and her treasured recipes to handcraft our assortment. It includes crunchy flourless almond cookies, layered with generous quantities of thinly sliced nuts; flourless hazelnut and pistachio meringues that combine nutty flavor with crisp, light meringue; and rich, fudgy flourless brownies made with Callebaut and Valrhona chocolates.

  • Care Instructions

    • The cookies and brownies were shipped at ambient temperature. Upon receipt, store at the cookies at room temperature in an air-tight container, where they will keep up to 3 weeks, unopened, and up to 1 week, opened. We do not recommend refrigerating or freezing the cookies.  Store the brownies at room temperature, or wrap tightly and store in the freezer to serve at a later date. The brownies will keep at room temperature for up to 10 days, unopened, and up to 1 month frozen. We do not recommend refrigerating the brownies. If frozen, thaw the brownies at room temperature for 1 to 2 hours. Tzurit suggests you enjoy the cookies and brownies upon receipt when they are at the peak of freshness.

About Tatte Fine Cookies & Cakes

Tzurit Or has been baking ever since her childhood in Israel, when she would help her mother cook holiday sweets. Tzurit grew up to become an acclaimed filmmaker, but when she moved to the United States in 2004, she started to re-create the baked goods of her youth. She began selling her exquisitely made and artfully designed nut-and-caramel pastry “boxes” and tarts at Boston farmers’ markets in 2007, and soon opened a small shop in Brookline, Mass., that was an instant hit.
