- Oven safe to 450°F.
- Use only wood, nylon, silicone or other nonmetallic utensils to avoid scratching the surface.
- Hand-wash in warm, soapy water. Dry thoroughly before storing.
- Do not soak.
- Do not use abrasive cleaners such as metal scouring pads, as they can damage the surface.
- Cutter and tamper are dishwasher safe.

Orders received by 9:00 p.m., Eastern time, Monday through Thursday will arrive the next business day; orders placed Friday through Sunday will arrive on the following Tuesday.

I had better luck with a round biscuit cutter a bit larger than the shaped cutter. I looked around until I found this one and it is fabulous. The round cutter works perfectly (right size for each tart), the pressing gadget worked beautifully, and the pan itself was great quality. Mine turned out identical to the pictures on the box. ***The round cutter is NOT too small.*** Here are a few tips that I learned. I used the sweet classic tart dough recipe from America's Test Kitchen Cookbook. 1- Make sure to roll the dough out thick enough. I have a fondant rolling pin that has guide rings that I use. You can use wooden dowels that are 4.5 mm thick if you use a regular rolling pin. 2. Before you press a circle into the pan lightly dust it with flour, or the tamper will get stuck to the dough. 3. Use the tamper and press firmly until the dough barley rises above the rim of the cup. 4. Don't worry if the dough looks thin, the dough will puff up a little bit. 5. Don't forget to freeze the dough, and don't blind bake. I used mini cupcake cups that I fill with rice, just making the bottom bigger to fit snugly inside the frozen tarts. I would highly recommend this set! So I think the next tray I will just use one of my larger circle cutters to get something that will fit better. The end result was wonderful, just slightly shorter than I was wanting (on one side). I've done gluten and gluten free (American Test Kitchen sweet gluten free dough works great) tartlets including lemon curd, sour cherry pie, Frangipane, and quiche filling. For many recipes you want to blind bake and if you freeze the tartlets before baking you get nice forms to fill either cooked or refrigerated. The biggest lesson was don't over fill,a couple of teaspoons or at most a tablespoon. I ended up getting two pans so I can bake 24 tartlets at a shot in the oven, rotate once during baking. I take small bites and these tarts are about 2- or 3-bites for me, 1- or 2-bites for others. I loaned this set to a friend so she could make mini quiches for a series of High Teas we were hosting and she couldn't stop raving about it. I may have to buy her a set as a gift! Usage hints: use the cutter and press the dough firmly into each well until you see it just start to rise above the lip of the pan. It really couldn't be easier!
