- The cakes were shipped chilled. Upon receipt refrigerate the cakes, or freeze to serve at a later date. They will keep refrigerated up to 1 week, or frozen up to 3 months, unopened. If they have been frozen, thaw the cakes at room temperature for about 2 hours before serving.
- Unbleached flour (wheat flour, niacin, iron, thiamine mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid), molasses, water, brown sugar, butter, powdered sugar, whole eggs, crystallized ginger (ginger, cane sugar), corn syrup, milk, baking powder, baking soda, ground ginger, cinnamon, salt, pure vanilla, ground cloves.
To ensure freshness, perishable items are shipped overnight from the supplier and are not eligible for rush shipping. Please allow up to one week for delivery.
