Gluten free, easy as can be. The father-daughter team at Sweet Sydney’s makes these frozen doughs so you can bake up soft, chewy gluten-free cookies in your own kitchen in mere minutes. Made with real egg and butter, each pint of dough in three classic flavors—chocolate chunk, gingersnap and snickerdoodle—turns out three dozen perfect morsels. Simply thaw the dough, scoop, roll and bake. In less than 10 minutes, you’ll have fragrant cookies just like mom used to make, only without the wheat.

- The cookie dough ships frozen with dry ice. Please take care not to touch the dry ice with bare hands. Upon receipt, remove dough from the shipping container and place in the freezer, where they will keep for up to 2 months unopened, or in the refrigerator, where it will keep for up to 3 week unopened.
- Keep dough refrigerated or frozen until use.
- Thaw frozen dough in refrigerator overnight before baking.
- Roll thawed dough into 1" diam. balls.
- Chocolate Chunk: Place 2" apart on a Silpat-lined or lightly greased baking sheet. Bake in a 375°F oven for 7–8 minutes.
- Gingersnaps: Dip top of each ball in white granulated sugar. Place, sugar side up, 2" apart on a Silpat-lined baking sheet or a lightly greased baking sheet. Bake in a 375°F oven for 7 to 8 minutes.
- Snickerdoodles: Roll balls in cinnamon-sugar mixture until completely covered. Place 2" apart on a Silpat-lined or lightly greased baking sheet. Bake in a 400°F oven for 8-9 minutes.
- Do not consume raw cookie dough.
- Chocolate Chunk: Semi-sweet chocolate chips (sugar, chocolate, cocoa butter, soy lecithin, vanilla), gluten-free flour (corn starch, white rice flour, brown rice flour, milk powder, tapioca flour, potato starch, xanthangum), sugar, butter (cream, salt), eggs, vanilla extract, molasses, salt, baking soda.
- Gingersnap: Molasses, gluten-free flour (corn starch, white rice flour, brown rice flour, milk powder, tapioca flour, potato starch, ginger, xanthangum), sugar, butter (cream, salt), eggs, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, cloves.
- Snickerdoodle: gluten-free flour (corn starch, white rice flour, brown rice flour, milk powder, tapioca flour), sugar, butter, eggs, vanilla extract, cream of tartar, baking soda, salt.
