These traditional samosas capture centuries of Indian cuisine, filling classically crisp crust with a fragrant mixture of creamy Indian-spiced spinach and paneer. Each the bite-sized pastries is hand made using all-natural ingredients, following a family recipe that has been handed down through generations. The samosas are filled and shaped, then frozen, ready for you to bake at home. Serve them hot from the oven with the included sweet jalapeño chutney for the perfect balance of spice and sweetness.

- The samosas were shipped frozen with dry ice, which may have evaporated during shipment. This is normal. Please take care not to touch any remaining dry ice with bare hands. Upon receipt, place the samosas in the freezer where they will keep up to 3 months. Refrigerate or freeze the chutney, where it will keep up to 1 month refrigerated and up to 3 months frozen.
Defrost the chutney in the refrigerator overnight. Preheat an oven to 375ºF. Place the frozen samosas on a baking sheet and bake until golden brown and piping hot, 25 to 30 minutes. Serve with the chutney on the side.
