They’re hand-selected and expertly finished by Strassburger, a 150-year-old family-owned New York butcher that supplies some of America’s best restaurants. This USDA Prime beef is dry-aged for three weeks to intensify and enhance the flavor, while naturally tenderizing the meat. Cooking is easy – the tender, juicy steaks require only a quick turn on the grill or under the broiler.

- The steaks were shipped frozen with ice packs. Upon receipt, refrigerate the steaks, or freeze to serve at a later date. They will keep refrigerated up to 3 days, or frozen up to 3 months, unopened.
- Remove the meat from the freezer and let thaw in the refrigerator overnight. To retain more of the natural juices, leave the meat in its original packaging while thawing. It is normal for juices to accumulate. Simply pat dry with paper towels before cooking.
